CAPTAIN'S QUARTERS MARBLEHEAD
Welcome aboard!
Captain’s Quarters Marblehead is an art studio/workshop located in the quaint and historic town of Marblehead, Massachusetts nestled on the Atlantic Ocean. “Captain” Ken Eldridge and his “First Mate” Carol Eldridge, create vibrant folk art designs and paintings filled with details of the town that inspires them, along with meticulously handcrafted wooden products.
“Marblehead Mini’s” are faithful reproductions on canvas of Carol’s original acrylic paintings. They are printed using a museum quality Giclee process producing a beautiful 10 x 10 x 1.5 inch gallery wrapped canvas. The canvas is on wooden stretcher bars that are wired and ready to hang, no frame is necessary. Each “mini” depicts one of the special sweet spots in their hometown that friends and family love to frequent. The “Marblehead Minis” are also available as note cards in an innovative five inch size. The printing on the note cards is of such a superior quality that it creates texture with the way the ink is laid on the paper.
“Captain” Ken’s fine woodworking skills handcraft strikingly substantial mailboxes, bread boards, all sorts of ornaments, bird houses, key racks, napkin or mail holders along with a myriad of decorative holiday items. Each product is designed, painted and crafted from their heart with a love that shines through each and every piece. The wooden products bear the brand stamp “Captain’s Quarters Marblehead” proving their genuine beginnings.
Growing up together in an inspiring town such as Marblehead, the couple continues to generate charming products breathing life into every special piece.
