The “Marblehead Blues” collection of blue and white paintings are a series of spontaneous, intuitive watercolors with a common theme. Each transparent image just flows effortlessly with no premeditation, creating an interesting variety of artistic effects.
I am honored to dedicate this series to my husband the “Captain”, Ken Eldridge, who always encouraged my artistic journey with his full support. Our combined love for our hometown of Marblehead, Massachusetts is visually conveyed with each carefree brush stroke movement.
I hope that you enjoy this cobalt blue series, which symbolizes spiritualty and nostalgia as I continue to express myself through my artwork.
