Shop Policies:

All of our awesome products are made by hand so each one varies a bit due to the handcrafted quality. We sometimes might run out of certain items because of sales volume. Please be patient! We create each one from scratch, good things take time. We can assure you that it is worth the wait! The wood we use for our products is mostly pine and it is cut, sanded, stained then hand painted with acrylic paints. In some cases, like the mailboxes, the product is then sealed with several layers of clear lacquer finish to protect it from the elements. Being that each handcrafted item is unique they tend to vary slightly from piece to piece. Each item is a labor of love, made by my hand, making your purchase special and lasting!!

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

We want our customers to be happy!! If you are in any way dissatisfied with your item or have issues with quality or workmanship, please let us know within three days of receipt. We will be happy to correct any problems as long as you mail it back in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days. If we can't fix the issue then an exchange or refund can easily be arranged.

If you would like to exchange your product because you see something else listed that you like instead, we can work that out too. However, you will need to pay the postage to return the original item and for the exchange.

Online Ordering:

We have worked tirelessly to set up the E-commerce part of our website to make it easier for you to buy our products on line. We ship USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate. Each product can be shipped to your home with the receipt of your correct address and mailing information. All shipping charges are based on USPS Flat Rate schedule.

Pick up at Studio/Workshop:

For those who ordered on line and live locally to our studio/workshop, you do not need to have your items shipped, you can just contact us by e mail to set up a time to stop by and pick up your items after you have made your purchase. Alternatively, you can just call or e mail us to place your order. Our studio/workshop is located at 17 Maverick Street, Marblehead,MA right up the street from the Abbot Public Library. Just ring the bell under the overhang with the "Captain's Quarters Marblehead" sign and come on in and say hello!!
