New! “Seasons” 1000 Piece Puzzle
Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring are the four glorious Seasons of beautiful New England. As an artist I am inspired by the variety of colorful changes of the Seasons especially living in Marblehead. This new puzzle that I have created is an homage to our town and to the four Seasons that we get to experience by living here.
We all have our favorites and mine is the Fall Season. Each one has it’s own weather patterns, temperatures and special effects. I love the fact that the weather changes and each Season brings it’s own special features that we can all look forward to. I wanted to create a painting that displayed the four Seasons of Marblehead that would become a 1000 piece large puzzle.
I started with the summer Season, sailboats, harbor fun and families enjoying the beaches that then transitions into Fall with colorful leaves replacing the simple green ones, the return to school, apples and pumpkins and of course, Halloween.
Winter then brings the coldest Season along with the family holidays that we all celebrate. The trees are white with snow, your cheeks turn red and this is a time to be a kid again and go skating and sledding with friends around Redd’s Pond.
The Spring time brings beautiful flowering trees and bushes, tulips and daffodils popping up all over town and the local ponds alive with little ducklings quacking, children flying kites and families racing their miniature sailboats.
I hope that you enjoy all the fun that you will have putting the various pieces together with your family and friends. A puzzle is a great gift to give someone you care about. The time together working on creating the puzzle allows you the opportunity to build special memories one piece at a time.
